New Integration between SuiteCX® and Kitewheel Delivers Enhanced Capabilities for CX Practitioners

We are pleased to announce an integration between SuiteCX®, a leading customer process and journey mapping platform, and Kitewheel, a leading cloud-based customer journey hub. Customers of both SuiteCX and Kitewheel can now integrate their data to greatly enhance their CX analysis, planning, and execution capabilities.

The SuiteCX integration with Kitewheel is a marriage of one-to-one marketing technologies and strategic planning technologies. A direct data link between Kitewheel and SuiteCX enhances the journey visualization and customer experience planning capabilities for practitioners. In addition, Kitewheel provides a real-time execution capability for the journey planned in SuiteCX, bringing to life the planning work to help marketers and customer service teams actually deliver the improved customer experiences that have been designed.

Kitewheel enables marketing and CX departments to practice at the one-to-one level, often for the first time. Each customer has an individualized journey in Kitewheel based on the personas and segments in SuiteCX. By capturing persona data and matching it to the known information about a customer, Kitewheel can also roll-up and return one-to-one information back to SuiteCX, providing practitioners live journey feedback to visually analyze and craft a more perfect and profitable customer experience. All such optimizations can be exported back to Kitewheel in a continuous process improvement loop that benefits both the customer and the company.
